The beach is your backyard at this spacious bayfront home, located just off of Dune Road. A private, floating boat dock and beach access are just steps from your door, though you are more than welcome to simply relax on the porch (complete with lounge chairs and a gas grill), soaking in Mother Nature’s sunset show—we promise, it’s all for you!
Step inside and you’ll find a space that is just as impressive as its outside surroundings. Five bedrooms (including two master suites, one with an en-suite hot tub) and three baths offer room for 14 guests. High ceilings, exposed beams and a color palette accented with whites and wicker textures lend themselves to the kind of living environment where fresh air tinged with salt water is practically required. Easy access between the spacious living area and outdoor deck provides the perfect setting for hosting a small gathering or evening barbecue.
Though you may never want to leave the ocean side views, don’t forget to make your way upstairs to the property’s loft, which has a pool table and comfortable seating overlooking the downstairs activity.
Of course, a trip to The Hamptons isn’t complete without taking the time to explore the town. Within minutes of The Bay House, find restaurants, retail and evening entertainment – the ideal complement for this relaxing retreat.

Payment/Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise on the website you elect to book on. If you must cancel your reservation, we will re-list availability, and in the event we are able to re-book the nights you originally booked, a refund may be processed. We strongly encourage you to purchase travelers insurance (which we offer) as a means of payment protection. Please note that all bookings must be paid in full prior to arrival.
Terms & Policies
THIS BOOKING AGREEMENT (this "Agreement"), is entered into as of the date set forth on the signature page of this Agreement (the "Effective Date"), by and among the "Member" and the "Guest" (as each were defined on the booking confirmation page viewed and accepted by the Guest as a condition precedent to being presented with this Agreement (the "Booking Page"), and Marquis New York, LLC ("Marquis"), as an intended beneficiary with respect to, but only with respect to, those particular provisions within which Marquis is explicitly referenced. The Member and the Guest may be referred to as the "Parties" and each individually as a "Party" throughout this Agreement.
WHEREAS, the Member is the manager or owner, or an authorized representative acting on behalf of the manager or owner, of the real property located at the address set forth on the Booking Page (the "Property"); and
WHEREAS, the Member has promoted the Property as available for temporary occupancy for the "Occupancy Period" (as defined on the Booking Page); and
WHEREAS, the Guest desires to rent the Property (the "Reservation") for the period of time during which the Guest desires to occupy the Property (the "Occupancy Period").
NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement as they relate to the Reservation of the Property during the Occupancy Period.
