Situated on a cul-de-sac, this private property sees very little traffic and has a large, fully enclosed lawn, making it particularly appealing for families. Its outdoor appeal is especially inviting: Relax on the deck set on Fish Cove, or dangle your feet from the property’s dock on a warm afternoon. Take a spin on one of the two bicycles available for use, or borrow a paddleboard and spend the day on the water. (If you’re itching for the beach, it’s only a 15-minute drive away.)
Inside, find one bedroom with a king-sized bed, two with queen-sized beds and a fourth with two twin beds. All told, eight people are invited to settle in for a stay at Netherby. A large, stylish living space and an upstairs loft offer plenty of space to relax and spend time with family or friends. The fully outfitted kitchen beckons for an afternoon of baking — if you so desire — or simply a space to whip up a favorite meal.
And regardless of where you are within Netherby, enjoy views of the water and countryside through windows that always let the sunshine in.

If you must cancel your reservation, we will re-list availability, and in the event we are able to re-book the nights you originally booked, a refund may be processed. We strongly encourage you to purchase travelers insurance (which we offer) as a means of payment protection. Please note that all bookings must be paid in full prior to arrival.

Everything about our stay at Amy's house exceeded expectations. The house itself was so stylish, so charming and so well outfitted that none of my party wanted to leave. The bedrooms were cozy and simple. The main living spaces were bright and lovely and really, I just can't say enough about this place. And Amy was exceptionally responsive and helpful at every step. If you can, this is where you want to be.

We had a great time staying at Netherby. The house is very stylish and well appointed and the deck out the back is quiet, sunny and right on the water (Fish Cove). Close to the beach at Towd Point and an easy drive to the shops in Southampton, this really is an exceptional listing.

We loved the peaceful view of the pond behind the house and the proximity to Southampton was a bonus. The neighborhood was very quiet. The house was filled with cheerful natural light all day and the couches and master bed were very comfortable. Amy was a terrific host, very responsive and helpful. We have already booked Amy's house for a second visit.

This is a gorgeous, comfortable home in the perfect location. My family stayed during the winter, and when it was too cold to be outside we were more than happy to stay inside by the fire and look out on the beautiful views of the water through the floor to ceiling windows surrounding the dining area. Every detail of the spacious house is stylish and well-equipped for a peaceful stay. Amy is a terrific host, always quick with communication, and very helpful and accommodating. My family had a wonderful time in this lovely home and we hope to return!

10/10- Amy’s holiday home was perfect for our getaway with family friends. styled beautifully, gorgeous linens and towels, a kitchen fitted with everything you need for a night in with a beautiful waterfront view. We loved being in close proximity to sag harbor and Southampton which both have great dinning options and shopping. We cannot wait to come back!

What a perfect spot for a weekend getaway... tranquil views across a secluded cove, coupled with a large outdoor area and spacious living quarters made it an amazing place for our family and friends to stay.. all the more memorable for pots of fresh clams foraged from the sand, farmers market produce from around the corner and freshly made bread! Amy the consummate host, full of tips for nearby Southampton and surrounds... We will be back!

THIS BOOKING AGREEMENT (this "Agreement"), is entered into as of the date set forth on the signature page of this Agreement (the "Effective Date"), by and among the "Member" and the "Guest" (as each were defined on the booking confirmation page viewed and accepted by the Guest as a condition precedent to being presented with this Agreement (the "Booking Page"), and Marquis New York, LLC ("Marquis"), as an intended beneficiary with respect to, but only with respect to, those particular provisions within which Marquis is explicitly referenced. The Member and the Guest may be referred to as the "Parties" and each individually as a "Party" throughout this Agreement.
WHEREAS, the Member is the manager or owner, or an authorized representative acting on behalf of the manager or owner, of the real property located at the address set forth on the Booking Page (the "Property"); and
WHEREAS, the Member has promoted the Property as available for temporary occupancy for the "Occupancy Period" (as defined on the Booking Page); and
WHEREAS, the Guest desires to rent the Property (the "Reservation") for the period of time during which the Guest desires to occupy the Property (the "Occupancy Period").
NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement as they relate to the Reservation of the Property during the Occupancy Period.
