With four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, the house comfortably sleeps eight people. The spacious bedrooms are exquisitely decorated with vibrant pops of color and window seating in two of the bedrooms.
The house has beautiful hardwood floors throughout and big windows that open the house to the outdoors. The great room, with its vaulted ceiling, gas fireplace and grand piano is the inviting hub for entertainment and activity. Adjacent to the great room is a library with floor-to-ceiling book shelves and comfortable seating to enjoy an afternoon read.
The finished basement features a media room with a large flat screen TV and an oversized wraparound couch that doubles as a sleep sofa. There is also a ping pong table and a dart board.
The gourmet kitchen opens up to a dining area with a large dining table that seats six. There are sliding doors to the large outdoor deck, which features bench seating, Adirondack chairs and a seven-person hot tub. Down the steps, the heated outdoor pool with bluestone tile perimeter, is surrounded by a lovely white picket fence that doubles as a safety precaution for young children. The outdoor shower is around the side of the house.
Beyond the fence is the beautifully landscaped backyard, which features an outdoor eating area that comfortably seats eight people. The expansive yard is ideal for little children to run around and for playing a game of touch football. The property’s lush green shrubbery offers ultimate privacy.

Payment/Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise on the website you elect to book on. If you must cancel your reservation, we will re-list availability, and in the event we are able to re-book the nights you originally booked, a refund may be processed. We strongly encourage you to purchase travelers insurance (which we offer) as a means of payment protection. Please note that all bookings must be paid in full prior to arrival.
Terms & Policies
THIS BOOKING AGREEMENT (this "Agreement"), is entered into as of the date set forth on the signature page of this Agreement (the "Effective Date"), by and among the "Member" and the "Guest" (as each were defined on the booking confirmation page viewed and accepted by the Guest as a condition precedent to being presented with this Agreement (the "Booking Page"), and Marquis New York, LLC ("Marquis"), as an intended beneficiary with respect to, but only with respect to, those particular provisions within which Marquis is explicitly referenced. The Member and the Guest may be referred to as the "Parties" and each individually as a "Party" throughout this Agreement.
WHEREAS, the Member is the manager or owner, or an authorized representative acting on behalf of the manager or owner, of the real property located at the address set forth on the Booking Page (the "Property"); and
WHEREAS, the Member has promoted the Property as available for temporary occupancy for the "Occupancy Period" (as defined on the Booking Page); and
WHEREAS, the Guest desires to rent the Property (the "Reservation") for the period of time during which the Guest desires to occupy the Property (the "Occupancy Period").
NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement as they relate to the Reservation of the Property during the Occupancy Period.
