This magnificent beachfront getaway destination is the perfect Summer home for a large family. Perched right on Dune Road with a private pool, grand lawn, beachfront access, and unobstructed views of the ocean and bay, this exclusive estate contains everything one would need to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Upon entering, you will immediately feel at ease thanks to the neutral color palette, inviting décor, and high-end furnishings and finishes as you step onto the rift and quartered white oak floors. There are four seating areas in this home — a parlor, den, proper family room, and a second living room — all of which contain plush, deep-seated couches and sofas, armchairs, and chic coffee tables. There are also several marble fireplaces ideal for cool Summer evenings. Thanks to the open-floor plan on the main level, one can walk seamlessly throughout each space and take in the architectural masterpiece bestowed upon them. Natural light pours through the vanity windows, French doors, and sliding-glass doors encompassing the home. As a result of the rather warm, neutral, organic tones, take note of how the walls are painted a warm golden glow with the rise and fall of the sun. There are also two dining areas — one more formal and the other more casual. The formal dining table is situated in its own, private room with large French doors allowing the ocean breeze to fill the space as you sit back and dine with family/friends. The casual dining table is the ideal location for quick bites or even working-from-home if you prefer to be situated in the middle of the action. If, however, you prefer silence and seclusion to buckle down, there are plenty of desk spaces you can retrieve to in order to properly focus. When mealtimes approach, any level of chef is encouraged to utilize all this gourmet kitchen has to offer. Complete with an island, high-top chairs, grand windows with views of the sea, and stainless steel appliances, who wouldn’t want to cook in this magnificent space?! Feel free to dine indoors at one of the two tables mentioned previously, or take the meal outdoors onto the back deck to a table set for eight. Rest assured, the table is covered overhead, so you need not worry about the sun’s intense rays whilst dining during the day. If you’d like to soak up the sun, spend the day lounging on the cushioned recliner chairs and take frequent dips in the sparkling pool to cool off. You may also stroll down your private walkway right to the beach for a day of playing in the rolling waves! Upon returning home, wash up in the outdoor shower, detox in the sauna, and prepare for the evening ahead. Perhaps one day or evening, you and yours would like to indulge in a quintessential Summer BBQ with burgers, hot dogs, and lawn games galore on the vast, well-manicured front and/or back lawn. Perhaps crack a few balls in a game of pool, or cheers to a nightcap on the back porch under the stars. At the end of a long, fun-filled day, retire to one of the five spacious, well-curated bedrooms for a peaceful night’s rest. Special Features
This house is located on arguably the nicest part of Dune, being oceanfront but also bayfront. The views to the bay are as pretty as those to the ocean. There are no homes on the north side of the street, so the views are truly unobstructed. Truly breathtaking.

Utility Disclaimer:
Utility fees are included in the total rental amount. The guest shall be responsible for the costs associated with excessive usage of utilities during the term of the reservation. Excessive usage is defined as utility costs over $150.00 per night of the reservation.

Cleaning Disclaimer: One end of stay cleaning is included in the reservation total. For reservations longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory. In-stay cleanings are the guest's expense.

Pool Disclaimer: Due to the climate of the northeastern U.S., outdoor pools and attached hot tubs will typically only be available for use from Memorial Day to Labor Day. If your booking falls outside of that time frame and you intend to use the pool/hot tub, please be sure to inquire if they will be available for use prior to booking.
For energy conservation purposes, the pool heater may only be operational from 8am to 6pm.

Off-Season Disclaimer: It is typical that spring cleanings and updates do not take place until late April / early May. If your booking falls outside of Memorial Day to Labor Day, please inquire as to whether or not outdoor furniture and equipment will be available for use prior to booking.

Payment/Refund Policy: Unless otherwise stated on the property listing, all payments are non-refundable, however, should the guest elect to cancel its reservation, Marquis will use best efforts to work with the owner of the property to reopen the dates of the reservation in attempt to re-book the property (please note the decision to reopen dates is the owners'). Should Marquis be successful in re-booking the property for the original dates at the same or higher price than the original reservation, a refund less a 20% penalty, calculated as 20% on the total reservation amount, will be issued to the guest once payment is collected in full for the new reservation. If a new reservation is not made, the guest may use the property for the dates of its original reservation so long as payments have been made in accordance with the payment schedule established at the time of booking and Marquis is notified in writing 72 hours or more prior to the start of the reservation.

Security Deposit Disclaimer: Although rare, accidental damage does happen during a stay. In lieu of a security deposit, guests can rest easy knowing that this property is covered with up to $20,000 of "all risk" damage protection provided by Waivo. Coverage details are provided in the booking agreement.

While StayMarquis manages this listing, the guest experience is managed by the owner of this property, meaning all property preparation, arrival coordination, in-stay communication, and requests for maintenance tasks are performed by the owner.
