Two bedrooms: Oversized Master with a queen bed under a skylight, wood burning fireplace (for cool summer nights) with exercise equipment and a heated massage table. Second bedroom has four queen compartment bunks. 100% cotton linens included. Two Travertine bathrooms (Master with two sinks and a hot tub).
Fully outfitted “chefs” kitchen (double oven, dishwasher, 5 burners, microwave, toaster oven, Cuisinart, bar sink, all cookware and utensils). Separate Dining Room with seating in Norman Cherner Chairs. Complete dining service with linens.
1500 square feet of private living space with a feeling of being in nature with glass walls throughout.
Living room with mid-century furniture is oversized with high ceilings, skylight, grand piano, and wood burning fireplace. Museum quality art throughout. Air conditioned, large capacity clothes washer/dryer. Potable well water. Wireless internet; premium Cable, and three flat screen TVs.
Round glass house surrounds a patio with an in-ground gunite pool (quiet underground pool equipment). Comfortable Russell Woodard patio furniture (two chaise) with cushions, a Weber grill with utensils. Beach chairs, towels, and beach bags included. Meade Telescope 10” is available to wheel onto the patio to observe our Starry Night Sky with an astronomer available for guidance.
Landscaped with mature specimen trees in a wooded area close to bay beaches with kayak, canoe, and stand up paddle rentals at Landing Lane or Louse Point.
Nearby in The Historic Springs: community tennis courts, country church, Ashawagh Hall art exhibitions on summer weekends, and a museum blacksmith shop.
It is a short walk to the Springs General Store for provisions and to the Pollack Krasner House Museum for inspiration.
Great biking, walking, and running in low traffic. Area is very quiet with abundant wildlife, and a low-key vibe. Easy drive to access the Ocean Beaches.
Dedicated driveway entrance on a Cul-de-Sac. Single owner is occupying an adjacent separate wing of the house. See photos to assure complete visual privacy from all rooms. Maximum occupancy: one single family of 4; or two couples for the term of the rental. Pets and Smoking are not allowed in the house. References required.

If renter must cancel the reservation, Marquis will re-list availability, and in the event Marquis is able to re-book the nights renter originally booked, a refund may be processed.
