Surrounded by sand dunes and nature preserves, it's hard to believe Bliss Abyss is a mere six-minute drive from Amagansett and only 12 minutes to East Hampton or Montauk. It might as well be an entirely different world. This two-bedroom, one-bathroom home is quaint and cozy, perfect for four people seeking a quiet escape.
Low-maintenance and delightful, Bliss Abyss has two double beds in the bedrooms and a single daybed in the living room. Chances are you’ll spend most of your time outside, where a lovely patio awaits with lounge furniture, a fire pit, a grill, and an outdoor picnic table with seating for eight. Take advantage of the popular kite boarding and windsurfing beach just beyond the backyard on the bay, pop over to the ocean (an easy 2.5-mile drive away), and enjoy a laid-back day shopping or dining at local restaurants in the nearby towns.

Payment/Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise on the website you elect to book on. If you must cancel your reservation, we will re-list availability, and in the event we are able to re-book the nights you originally booked, a refund may be processed. We strongly encourage you to purchase travelers insurance (which we offer) as a means of payment protection. Please note that all bookings must be paid in full prior to arrival. Balance due payment methods will be determined by the size of the balance payment. Unfortunately, we cannot accept credit cards for payments over a certain value.

We have been lucky to stay at Marisa‘s place several times over the last few years. Her home is charming, peaceful and beautiful. The sun floods the house and the views of the bay are breathtaking. The bliss abyss is very comfortable with everything you could possibly need. The outdoor space is also lovely. It is private and secluded from the road and you are right there in the Amagansett dunes!

An amazing location, directly in front of a lagoon with egrets flying overhead, a very short walk to the beach, this rental provides the perfect quiet idyll, a restorative retreat. It’s a lovely cabin with a good kitchen, an outdoor shower, privacy, and charm. Lovingly maintained. A great find.

This charming, cozy cottage is perfect for a Hamptons summer vacation. It is across the street from a beautiful nature reserve with a pond for kayaking that leads to the bay. Down the street, a very short walk away, is the windsurfers, kite flyers beach. It is great for small children and fun to watch the windsurfers. There is an adorable side yard which is a great place to hang out day or night. The space is not large, but it is incredibly comfortable, well furnished and clean. I wish I could rent it every year.
Terms & Policies
THIS BOOKING AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), is entered into as of the date set forth on the signature page of this Agreement (the “Effective Date”), by and among the “Member” and the “Guest” (as each are defined on the booking confirmation page viewed and accepted by the Guest as a condition precedent to being presented with this Agreement (the “Booking Page”)), and Marquis, as defined in Section 10(s), herein (“Marquis”), as an intended beneficiary with respect to, but only with respect to, those particular provisions within which Marquis is explicitly referenced. The Member and the Guest may be referred to as the “Parties” and each individually as a “Party” throughout this Agreement.
WHEREAS, the Member is the manager or owner, or an authorized representative acting on behalf of the manager or owner, of the real property located at the address set forth on the Booking Page (the “Property”); and
WHEREAS, the Member has promoted the Property as available for temporary occupancy for the “Occupancy Period” (as defined on the Booking Page); and
WHEREAS, the Guest desires to rent the Property (the “Reservation”) for the period of time during which the Guest desires to occupy the Property (the “Occupancy Period”).
NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement as they relate to the Reservation of the Property during the Occupancy Period.
