Suitability: Primary renter must be at least 30 years old.

Pet Policy: One hypoallergenic, non-shedding dog of 35 lbs or less is permitted for an additional $25.00 per night. Non hypoallergenic/non-shedding dogs or any dogs over 35 lbs are prohibited unless express approval is provided. All other pets (including multiple dogs) are prohibited unless express approval is provided (please inquire). An additional security deposit of $1,000.00 per dog will be required.

Utility Disclaimer:

Pool Disclaimer: Due to the climate of the northeastern U.S., outdoor pools and attached hot tubs will typically only be available for use from Memorial Day to Labor Day. If your booking falls outside of that time frame and you intend to use the pool/hot tub, please be sure to inquire if they will be available for use prior to booking. Open on May 1.

Off-Season Disclaimer: It is typical that spring cleanings and updates do not take place until late April / early May. If your booking falls outside of Memorial Day to Labor Day, please inquire as to whether or not outdoor furniture and equipment will be available for use prior to booking.

Payment/Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise. If renter must cancel the reservation, Marquis will re-list availability, and in the event Marquis is able to re-book the nights renter originally booked, a refund may be processed. We strongly encourage renter to purchase travelers insurance (which Marquis offers) as a means of payment protection. Please note that all bookings must be paid in full prior to arrival.

    Stay marquis was very responsive all along. We were headed there the day of a hurricane and they made sure to answer all of questions and comments before and during our stay. Location is good, house is a good size and well kept inside. Outside could use a bit of updating and pool had a good amount of chlorine

    Second visit to this house, we still love it. Very clean, has it all (ping pong table, pool table, connected tv all over the house, google home in all living rooms, separate master suite including private living room and jacuzzi in the master bath which fits 2 persons. Very close to Southampton and the beach (10mn car drive).
