Bonus points if anyone can entertain the group with a tune on the home’s grand piano!
Wander into the modern kitchen, complete with a sunlit dining banquette and breakfast bar that both encourage long, lazy mornings, best enjoyed with a freshly brewed mug of coffee.
Though you may be tempted to settle down inside, a large, elegant yard and patio beckon. The kids can run off energy in the spacious backyard, and you are welcome to take advantage of nearby private tennis courts. Fire up the grill and enjoy your meals on the patio – fresh air included in abundance. (The hammock is a pretty great spot to relax, too.)

Pet Policy: Pets are strictly prohibited at this property.
Payment/Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise on the website you elect to book on. If you must cancel your reservation, we will re-list availability, and in the event we are able to re-book the nights you originally booked, a refund may be processed. We strongly encourage you to purchase travelers insurance (which we offer) as a means of payment protection. Please note that all bookings must be paid in full prior to arrival. Balance due payment methods will be determined by the size of the balance payment. Unfortunately, we cannot accept credit cards for payments over a certain value.

This house was true to its listing. The accommodations were lovely, and Loreen could not have been nicer, especially with recommendations since we’d not been to Southampton before. Can’t wait to return!

This home was perfect for our family of 4 during our recent stay in Southampton. The home was comfortable, clean, and beautifully appointed with an emphasis on light, open spaces. The landscaping is breathtaking and certainly enhanced our enjoyment during our stay. Owner is quick to communicate and help with any questions. Would highly recommend this house for its comfort, airy decor, and convenient location. We hope to return again next year!

It was so nice being in the heart of it all in Southampton. We didn't spend our entire trip driving, as the house was close to everywhere we wanted to be. Charming shops, fun nightlife, close to Cooper's Beach. Very well-rounded and charming home.

THIS BOOKING AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), is entered into as of the date set forth on the signature page of this Agreement (the “Effective Date”), by and among the “Member” and the “Guest” (as each are defined on the booking confirmation page viewed and accepted by the Guest as a condition precedent to being presented with this Agreement (the “Booking Page”)), and Marquis, as defined in Section 10(s), herein (“Marquis”), as an intended beneficiary with respect to, but only with respect to, those particular provisions within which Marquis is explicitly referenced. The Member and the Guest may be referred to as the “Parties” and each individually as a “Party” throughout this Agreement.
WHEREAS, the Member is the manager or owner, or an authorized representative acting on behalf of the manager or owner, of the real property located at the address set forth on the Booking Page (the “Property”); and
WHEREAS, the Member has promoted the Property as available for temporary occupancy for the “Occupancy Period” (as defined on the Booking Page); and
WHEREAS, the Guest desires to rent the Property (the “Reservation”) for the period of time during which the Guest desires to occupy the Property (the “Occupancy Period”).
NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement as they relate to the Reservation of the Property during the Occupancy Period.
