Pet Policy: One dog of 50 lbs or less is permitted for an additional $25.00 per night. Dogs over 50 lbs are prohibited unless express approval is provided. All other pets (including multiple dogs) are prohibited unless express approval is provided (please inquire). An additional security deposit of $1,500.00 per dog will be required.
Cleaning Disclaimer: All reservations longer than one week must be professionally cleaned once per week, the cost of which is borne by the guest. For clarity purposes, the cost of in-stay cleanings are separate and above the fees collected at the time of booking.

Payment/Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise. If renter must cancel the reservation, Marquis will re-list availability, and in the event Marquis is able to re-book the nights renter originally booked, a refund may be processed. We strongly encourage renter to purchase travelers insurance (which Marquis offers) as a means of payment protection. Please note that all bookings must be paid in full prior to arrival.

The House was the perfect place to enjoy a trip with four generations of family members. It has a magnificent view overlooking the bay. It is beautifully laid out and was extremely spacious for our family of 8. The Owner is very responsive and helpful and provides a wealth of useful information about both the house and the area. The location is also excellent— within walking distance of a private beach and a playground and just a short drive to East Hampton and Amagansett. We hope we can return and enthusiastically give it five stars.

Great property and location. House was extremely clean and well equipped and communication with owner was seamless.
