Payment/Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise. If renter must cancel the reservation, Marquis will re-list availability, and in the event Marquis is able to re-book the nights renter originally booked, a refund may be processed. We strongly encourage renter to purchase travelers insurance (which Marquis offers) as a means of payment protection. Please note that all bookings must be paid in full prior to arrival.

Stay here!! I booked this house with my husband for a weekend with our two families and it was absolutely perfect. We held a private wedding ceremony with our parents and siblings in the backyard after cancelling our big wedding due to covid - the backdrop was gorgeous and we have No Regrets. The house is clean and stunning with every amenity. The grounds are beautiful and it’s a 5 min walk to the neighborhood beach. Tom is communicative and sent us kid-friendly recommendations when he learned we had a toddler with us. Cannot recommend this house enough and cannot wait to rebook for an anniversary.
