This lovely, well-furnished and well-manicured, two-story home is ideal for families or a small group of friends on the hunt for a laid-back vacation where comfort comes first. With a 20x40 heated pool encapsulated by picturesque 10-foot hedges, multiple outdoor seating areas with complete privacy, and Tuscan-style gardens, you’re free to let the kids run off their energy while you kick back for a stress-free afternoon on the back patio. Take advantage of the Weber gas barbecue grill and let the long, languid days of summer run their course. When the evening arrives, it doesn’t mean you have to go inside. The heated, lit pool will keep you outside throughout the night.
The four-bedroom/three-bath property stretches over 3,000 square feet and sits on almost an acre of land in a quiet cul-de-sac that is walking distance to town, train station and the Jitney. The 1,250 square foot finished basement is complete with a workout center, ping pong table and plenty of space for the kids to play. After dinner, settle around one of three televisions (located in the kitchen, living room and master bedroom) or get cozy around the fireplace in the living room. At night, take your pick of one of the finely furnished rooms — three with king-sized beds, and one with a queen-sized bed. There is a pull out queen sofa bed in the living room and a portable folding crib in one of the bedrooms as well.
When you’re ready to explore beyond the backyard, head to Town Creek, which is just a stones throw away, or walk/ride to the town of Southold which is home to one of the best restaurants in all of New York -- North Fork Table & Inn. The property is equipped with two bikes and a two car garage, and a pass to Founders Landing Beach may be provided.
Take advantage of the many vineyards nearby that offer live music through the end of the Fall, or sip on some seasonal beers at one of the many local craft breweries. The many fall activities will keep you here a little bit longer. Local farms (Hallockville) have constant entertainment with petting animals, pumpkin picking and sweet roasted corn.

We really enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous house with a spectacular setting. The home was very clean and comfortable for four couples with enough privacy for all. Well stocked for cooking, grilling, and a beautiful pool. We would be happy to stay there again!

THIS BOOKING AGREEMENT (this "Agreement"), is entered into as of the date set forth on the signature page of this Agreement (the "Effective Date"), by and among the "Member" and the "Guest" (as each were defined on the booking confirmation page viewed and accepted by the Guest as a condition precedent to being presented with this Agreement (the "Booking Page"), and Marquis New York, LLC ("Marquis"), as an intended beneficiary with respect to, but only with respect to, those particular provisions within which Marquis is explicitly referenced. The Member and the Guest may be referred to as the "Parties" and each individually as a "Party" throughout this Agreement.
WHEREAS, the Member is the manager or owner, or an authorized representative acting on behalf of the manager or owner, of the real property located at the address set forth on the Booking Page (the "Property"); and
WHEREAS, the Member has promoted the Property as available for temporary occupancy for the "Occupancy Period" (as defined on the Booking Page); and
WHEREAS, the Guest desires to rent the Property (the "Reservation") for the period of time during which the Guest desires to occupy the Property (the "Occupancy Period").
NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement as they relate to the Reservation of the Property during the Occupancy Period.
