Located on a generous half-acre of land, Southampton Mini Estate invites you to pick your preferred version of vacationing. Cool off in the heated gunite pool located near the on-site pool house. Drift off in a daydream on the backyard hammock, and help yourself to another scoop of ice cream after dinner on the deck.
The property’s floor plan centers around an open and airy living room with a fireplace. From this focal point, the rooms branch off into distinct wings—one each for the eat-in kitchen, library, guest room, and first-floor master suite. French doors lead directly from the master bedroom (with a king-sized bed) to the deck. Or lay claim to the loft-style suite with a queen-sized bed, which takes up the entirety of the second floor.
The other two rooms — one with a queen-sized bed and one with a sleeper sofa — are also finely appointed with cozy linens and space to spread out.
Perched on a knoll above Old Town Road, Southampton Mini Estate is conveniently close to restaurants and shopping in Southampton Village for an afternoon on the town. And no summer vacation is complete without ocean beaches within walking distance from the front door.

Terms & Policies
THIS BOOKING AGREEMENT (this "Agreement"), is entered into as of the date set forth on the signature page of this Agreement (the "Effective Date"), by and between the "Member" and the "Guest" (as each were defined on the booking confirmation page viewed and accepted by the Guest as a condition precedent to being presented with this Agreement (the "Booking Page"). The Member and the Guest may be referred to as the "Parties" and each individually as a "Party" throughout this Agreement.
WHEREAS, the Member is the manager or owner, or an authorized representative acting on behalf of the manager or owner, of the real property located at the address set forth on the Booking Page (the "Property"); and
WHEREAS, the Member has promoted the Property as available for temporary occupancy for the "Occupancy Period" (as defined on the Booking Page); and
WHEREAS, the Guest desires to rent the Property (the "Reservation") for the period of time during which the Guest desires to occupy the Property (the "Occupancy Period").
NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement as they relate to the Reservation of the Property during the Occupancy Period.
