With three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and private beach access, Shore Road Beach Retreat, a completely renovated house on the North Shore of the South Fork, is perfect for groups seeking a little "saltwater therapy" away from the city.
When you arrive, the first thing you’ll want to do is see the bay. Step out from the deck—or one of the bedrooms—to a wooden plank walkway that takes you to the water’s edge. This is your very own stretch of sand, a private beach on Little Peconic Bay. Swim, build sandcastles, sunbathe, and when you’re ready for a bite to eat, it’s only a few strides back to the deck’s patio furniture and shaded awning.
And inside, you’ll feel like you’re still outside: the skylights and wall-to-wall windows in the open living area give near-endless views of sky and water. Relax into the comfy sofas in front of the flat-screen TV, or gather at the dining room table for a shared meal. Look out at the bay even as you prepare meals on the stainless steel stove - part of a fully equipped kitchen. At the end of the night, you’ll be able to arrange the bedrooms as you need: each queen bed can be split into two twins.
When you’re ready to explore, you’ll be near top locations in the Hamptons. Shore Road Beach Retreat is centrally located in Southampton and close to Water Mill (13 minutes) and Sag Harbor (15 minutes). Visit a museum, have a glass of wine at a vineyard, or spend the day on the water in a boat rental. Your oasis away from the bustle is just a quick drive home.
Please note that the kitchen does not have a freezer.

Beautiful bright and airy home on the water with very nice enclosed bay beach. Perfect location for families and friends. Tastefully decorated with modern finishes. Needs a full size fridge and some counter space for cooking as well as a few new bulbs for the outside porches and garbage pales in the bathrooms. Needs hairblower and some kitchen staples too ( remember to bring these!)
