Housing two master suites with a junior master on the first level, Parsonage Lane has three bedrooms with king-sized beds, two with queen-sized beds and one with a double bed — comfortably sleeping 11 people. In addition to the generous bedroom layout, the property’s roomy interior and ample social spaces make it the perfect place for a vacation with the extended family, several couples or your closest friends.
From the living area bathed in natural lighting to a jaw-dropping kitchen worthy of envy, Parsonage Lane is awash in beautiful, wide-plank, bleached white floors, high ceilings with exposed wooden beams, and elaborate marble and stonework. On a warm, sunny morning, tuck into the sunporch to enjoy your morning coffee. And on those chilly evenings, generate some heat with one of the property’s fireplaces.
Of course, no stay at Parsonage Lane would be complete without taking full advantage of the in-ground pool and hot tub. Jump in for a few laps, then grab a spot on the patio and soak in the sun. An outdoor dining area makes it more than possible to prolong this private piece of paradise long into the evening.

Payment/Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise on the website you elect to book on. If you must cancel your reservation, we will re-list availability, and in the event we are able to re-book the nights you originally booked, a refund may be processed. We strongly encourage you to purchase travelers insurance (which we offer) as a means of payment protection. Please note that all bookings must be paid in full prior to arrival.
Terms & Policies
THIS BOOKING AGREEMENT (this "Agreement"), is entered into as of the date set forth on the signature page of this Agreement (the "Effective Date"), by and among the "Member" and the "Guest" (as each were defined on the booking confirmation page viewed and accepted by the Guest as a condition precedent to being presented with this Agreement (the "Booking Page"), and Marquis New York, LLC ("Marquis"), as an intended beneficiary with respect to, but only with respect to, those particular provisions within which Marquis is explicitly referenced. The Member and the Guest may be referred to as the "Parties" and each individually as a "Party" throughout this Agreement.
WHEREAS, the Member is the manager or owner, or an authorized representative acting on behalf of the manager or owner, of the real property located at the address set forth on the Booking Page (the "Property"); and
WHEREAS, the Member has promoted the Property as available for temporary occupancy for the "Occupancy Period" (as defined on the Booking Page); and
WHEREAS, the Guest desires to rent the Property (the "Reservation") for the period of time during which the Guest desires to occupy the Property (the "Occupancy Period").
NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement as they relate to the Reservation of the Property during the Occupancy Period.
