Recently renovated and undeniably charming, Golden Pond features a picturesque setting on Big Fresh Pond, facing a wildlife preserve. With its front-row seat for nature's changing moods—and water views from nearly every room—Golden Pond is particularly lovely both inside and out.
Cathedral ceilings and high windows bring an open, sunny vibe to Golden Pond's living area, and a brick fireplace and a pair of leather sofas invite you to settle in. Meanwhile, the gourmands in your group will love the full kitchen, with its spacious counters and stainless-steel appliances, including a Viking stove. Have coffee and casual bites at the three-person counter in the kitchen or gather more formally at the spacious dining room table for up to eight.
At night, choose from one of four bedrooms—a master suite with a king-sized bed, two bedrooms with queen-sized beds, and one with a futon (this room also doubles as an office space). The property has three full baths, including an en-suite for the king-size master bedroom and one for the fourth bedroom/office.
Three of the bedrooms feature water views through floor-to-ceiling windows, and some feature fireplaces of their own. In the master suite, doors lead out to the deck and hot tub.
Speaking of the deck: don’t hesitate to use the brand-new propane six-burner gas grill or outdoor bar in this space. Gather around the patio table overlooking Big Fresh Pond for a late-morning brunch or multi-course dinner. With its hot tub and water view, the deck is the pinnacle of relaxation.
Guests at Golden Pond can make use of the kayak provided for exploring the pond and wildlife preserve, or stroll nearby trails for a different perspective. Birders will love Golden Pond!
Conveniently located three miles from Southampton Village and Southampton Golf Club, this vacation rental home is close to entertainment, restaurants and shopping, but also offers seclusion and privacy.

I have been fortunate enough to have spent many nights at this very special Southampton home. It is situated on one of the best spots on Big Fresh Pond. The view from the back deck is truly one that is breathtaking! As much as I love going into town and partaking in the "Hampton" scene, it is almost impossible to drag myself away from the peace and tranquility of this home. The house itself is an adorable expanded cottage, with gourmet kitchen and romantic master bedroom. There are two guest bedrooms on the other side of the house that insures privacy for all.

I absolutely loved my stay at this home on Big Fresh Pond. It is such a quiet and peaceful area, but also very close to the excitement of Southampton Village. The home itself is quite large and inviting, with 4 bedrooms (two on each side of the house), 3 full bathrooms, and a HUGE kitchen. In the backyard there are two decks, which are perfect for entertaining. You have a picturesque view of the pond right from the living room and master bedroom. This home comes highly recommended, and is great for families, friends, or even a tranquil retreat for couples. There's lots of places to park in case you have multiple cars.

I always try to visit the Hamptons every summer since moving out of state, and I have finally found the perfect place for my family and I. This home is one of the most coziest and romantic that I have ever seen. I miss the long, warm, summer sunsets sitting on the deck overlooking the pond at this location. Not to mention that this home is immaculately clean and so fabulously priced, considering that it’s located just minutes away from the village! I certainly intend to stay here again in the future!

My stay at your home was magical! We loved spending our mornings on your generous and comfortable deck drinking coffee. The lake always had geese swimming and sometimes kayaks to entertain us. We would return in the afternoon for cocktails. Your spacious beautiful kitchen was a treat for cooking and preparing meals and we all could take a place at the island for chopping and conversation. My husband was delighted that we had a couple of cool nights as to allow him to show off his woodsman skills with a cozy fire in the stone fireplace. We so loved our master suite and were reluctant to pack up and go home. Your loving decor touches were not unnoticed or unappreciated. We hope to return. Happy Camper!

Wow. Walk in the front door and this is the quintessential early 20th century home BUT with all the most modern conveniences. The Great room has rafters, a huge stone fireplace, and sliders across the back opening to an expansive deck and large gorgeous pond view. Master suite lovely with fireplace and incredible bath. Plenty of room for the family with three other bedrooms and large bathrooms. Kitchen charming and very cook friendly. Shelly is a great and made sure our needs were accommodated. Kids loved to kayak to park on other side of pond and grilling out on the deck. This is great location to go visit the sound, beach and Southampton. A fun, friendly home.

THIS BOOKING AGREEMENT (this "Agreement"), is entered into as of the date set forth on the signature page of this Agreement (the "Effective Date"), by and among the "Member" and the "Guest" (as each were defined on the booking confirmation page viewed and accepted by the Guest as a condition precedent to being presented with this Agreement (the "Booking Page"), and Marquis New York, LLC ("Marquis"), as an intended beneficiary with respect to, but only with respect to, those particular provisions within which Marquis is explicitly referenced. The Member and the Guest may be referred to as the "Parties" and each individually as a "Party" throughout this Agreement.
WHEREAS, the Member is the manager or owner, or an authorized representative acting on behalf of the manager or owner, of the real property located at the address set forth on the Booking Page (the "Property"); and
WHEREAS, the Member has promoted the Property as available for temporary occupancy for the "Occupancy Period" (as defined on the Booking Page); and
WHEREAS, the Guest desires to rent the Property (the "Reservation") for the period of time during which the Guest desires to occupy the Property (the "Occupancy Period").
NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement as they relate to the Reservation of the Property during the Occupancy Period.
