Enjoy a getaway to the end of the world. Set on nearly a half acre of property north of the highway in Montauk, the farmhouse-style residence is close to Ditch Plains Beach and a short walk to The Crow’s Nest.
The 1,700 sq. ft. two-story house greets visitors with a covered front porch that looks out over the large, lush front yard. Inside, the wood-accented décor and hardwood flooring create a relaxed and intimate environment. The kitchen has a butcher block island with seating for two, stainless steel appliances and an adjacent dining area for six under a candelabra chandelier. A living area provides a cozy spot to watch television on the wraparound couch. There is also a den with brick fireplace and comfortable seating and a sliding glass door out to deck, where there is an outdoor grill and dining area. Steps down from the deck is the beautifully landscaped yard and inground heated pool, with poolside lounge chairs and seating. Guests can relax on the backyard hammock or take a ride around Montauk on one of the house’s two bicycles.
With three bedrooms and a sleep sofa in the den, the house comfortably sleeps six guests. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated in country chic décor with wood furniture and charming prints.
