Exquisite hardwood flooring, impeccable furnishings, and dazzling art pieces make you feel like you’re staying in an inviting magazine spread. The den, which sits at the heart of the house, offers two-story high ceilings and natural light coming from large windows. There is a wraparound couch and accent chairs for relaxing in front of the cozy fireplace. The TV room emphasizes comfort with a large flat screen TV, a wraparound couch, and a separate sitting area for playing cards and board games. French doors from both the den and TV room open to the backyard.
The house sleeps 10 guests comfortably. The bedrooms have a minimalist, artsy decor. Four of the bedrooms have cathedral ceilings and ensuite bathrooms, including one with a sitting area and French doors to a balcony overlooking the backyard. The fifth bedroom, located in the finished basement, has a half bathroom and a sitting room.
In the bright gourmet eat-in kitchen, there is a large island with seating, stainless steel appliances, beautiful white cabinetry, ample counter-space, and a table that seats eight. Through the kitchen’s french doors, you can access the outdoor dining area, pool and backyard. The formal dining room, which seats 10 people, has an oversized standing mirror, a gorgeous chandelier light fixture, and a color palette that marries the artwork and furnishings. Enjoy music throughout the house with a Sonos sound system. The house also has two laundry rooms, a fitness room, and a steam room.
The expansive backyard offers a tranquil space surrounded by beautifully landscaped hedges and greenery. Lounge by the heated gunite pool (that has an electric pool cover) or on the peaceful rooftop deck that overlooks the backyard.

THIS BOOKING AGREEMENT (this "Agreement"), is entered into as of the date set forth on the signature page of this Agreement (the "Effective Date"), by and between the "Member" and the "Guest" (as each were defined on the booking confirmation page viewed and accepted by the Guest as a condition precedent to being presented with this Agreement (the "Booking Page"). The Member and the Guest may be referred to as the "Parties" and each individually as a "Party" throughout this Agreement.
WHEREAS, the Member is the manager or owner, or an authorized representative acting on behalf of the manager or owner, of the real property located at the address set forth on the Booking Page (the "Property"); and
WHEREAS, the Member has promoted the Property as available for temporary occupancy for the "Occupancy Period" (as defined on the Booking Page); and
WHEREAS, the Guest desires to rent the Property (the "Reservation") for the period of time during which the Guest desires to occupy the Property (the "Occupancy Period").
NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement as they relate to the Reservation of the Property during the Occupancy Period.
