Vaulted ceilings and bright skylights allow an abundance of natural light to flood the home. Prepare meals in the full kitchen with open shelving and center island, and come together at the dining table with eclectic wood chairs. In true Hamptons fashion, the living area features fresh white walls, chic blue accents, and elegant furnishings. Gather everyone in the living room, or step through sliding French doors to the outdoor entertaining space.
The backyard is a lush hideaway with beautiful landscaping, grassy walkways, and a lovely garden pergola. Tall green hedges afford total privacy, so you can enjoy peace and tranquility on your secluded stone patio.

Payment/Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise on the website you elect to book on. If you must cancel your reservation, we will re-list availability, and in the event we are able to re-book the nights you originally booked, a refund may be processed. We strongly encourage you to purchase travelers insurance (which we offer) as a means of payment protection. Please note that all bookings must be paid in full prior to arrival. Balance due payment methods will be determined by the size of the balance payment. Unfortunately, we cannot accept credit cards for payments over a certain value.

We have been renting in the Hamptons for nearly 30 years. In that time we have literally stayed in dozens of places, apartments, houses, hotel rooms, you name it. So we have some context for making this comparison and we believe that Mill Hill was one of the better properties that we have stayed at. We felt at home almost immediately in this pretty house. It features two oversized bedrooms with private baths. Showers were amazing and the master bath, spa-like. The rest of the house is comfortable and user friendly. Everything you need is there. The only comment we made was that it would have been nice to have a little table outside for coffee in the morning or wine at night. Proximity couldn't be better. Its an easy short walk to Main Street beach so there's no need to pay for parking and ditto for the the town. You can be a Babettes in 10 minutes on foot. No need for a designated driver! We look forward to returning.

The home is lovely, on a beautiful street, convenient to everything. Alex and Ron were so nice, easy to contact (quick to respond) and very professional. We will definitely use MarquIs again.

Terms & Policies
THIS BOOKING AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), is entered into as of the date set forth on the signature page of this Agreement (the “Effective Date”), by and among the “Member” and the “Guest” (as each are defined on the booking confirmation page viewed and accepted by the Guest as a condition precedent to being presented with this Agreement (the “Booking Page”)), and Marquis, as defined in Section 10(s), herein (“Marquis”), as an intended beneficiary with respect to, but only with respect to, those particular provisions within which Marquis is explicitly referenced. The Member and the Guest may be referred to as the “Parties” and each individually as a “Party” throughout this Agreement.
WHEREAS, the Member is the manager or owner, or an authorized representative acting on behalf of the manager or owner, of the real property located at the address set forth on the Booking Page (the “Property”); and
WHEREAS, the Member has promoted the Property as available for temporary occupancy for the “Occupancy Period” (as defined on the Booking Page); and
WHEREAS, the Guest desires to rent the Property (the “Reservation”) for the period of time during which the Guest desires to occupy the Property (the “Occupancy Period”).
NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement as they relate to the Reservation of the Property during the Occupancy Period.
