Invite your friends and bring the family—this is a holiday retreat designed for entertaining. The big backyard is ideal for a game of soccer, football, whiffle ball, Frisbee, or bocce (equipment included!). Cool off with a dip in the pool or sneak off for a snooze in the hammock.
Eight lounge chairs on the patio, an outdoor dining table sheltered under an umbrella for up to 12 people, and a selection of Adirondack chairs tucked around the fire pit let you linger outside from sun-up to sundown.
Highland Hills’ noteworthy features don’t stop outside. Spacious and airy, the open-plan kitchen seamlessly flows into the dining room and living room, made complete with a fireplace and sliding doors leading out to the large deck, pool, and spa.
On the second floor, find two private en-suite bedrooms including a master suite with a Jacuzzi tub and walk-in closet. Regardless of the bedroom you choose — three each with a queen-sized bed, one with a queen and a sleeper sofa, and one with a queen and bunk bed — you’ll rest comfortably with fine linens and a comfortable breeze as the ceiling fan lazily spins overhead.
And on the lower level, a wet bar awaits for all of your cocktail needs. This is also where you’ll find a media room and sauna. What more can you ask for?

Erik was a great host being available at all times to help out with anything. The house was beautiful, clean and great for a group of friends. Wouldn't think it twice to rent it again.

THIS BOOKING AGREEMENT (this "Agreement"), is entered into as of the date set forth on the signature page of this Agreement (the "Effective Date"), by and among the "Member" and the "Guest" (as each were defined on the booking confirmation page viewed and accepted by the Guest as a condition precedent to being presented with this Agreement (the "Booking Page"), and Marquis New York, LLC ("Marquis"), as an intended beneficiary with respect to, but only with respect to, those particular provisions within which Marquis is explicitly referenced. The Member and the Guest may be referred to as the "Parties" and each individually as a "Party" throughout this Agreement.
WHEREAS, the Member is the manager or owner, or an authorized representative acting on behalf of the manager or owner, of the real property located at the address set forth on the Booking Page (the "Property"); and
WHEREAS, the Member has promoted the Property as available for temporary occupancy for the "Occupancy Period" (as defined on the Booking Page); and
WHEREAS, the Guest desires to rent the Property (the "Reservation") for the period of time during which the Guest desires to occupy the Property (the "Occupancy Period").
NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement as they relate to the Reservation of the Property during the Occupancy Period.
