With four full and one-half bathrooms plus four well-appointed bedrooms (one king, one queen, one queen, and one with two twins), Harbor Gardens sleeps eight people comfortably. The sumptuous master bedroom boasts its own private balcony and en-suite bath.
The home’s charming interiors are brimming with old-world details, from the ten-foot tin ceilings and beautiful crown moldings to the built-in cupboards and antique furnishings. Spacious living and dining areas feature wood-burning fireplaces, while the eat-in chef’s kitchen is complete with a center island.
Outside in the yard, lush gardens surround the pristine gunite pool. Refresh with a swim on warm afternoons, or sip cocktails on the brick terrace dotted with chaise recliners. When you’ve worked up an appetite, prepare a savory barbecue on the outdoor grill. Patio umbrellas shade the open-air dining spaces, while the covered back porch provides a perfect conversation area.

Payment/Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable. If you must cancel your reservation, we will re-list availability, and in the event we are able to re-book the nights you originally booked, a refund may be processed. We strongly encourage you to purchase travelers insurance (which we offer) as a means of payment protection.
Terms & Policies
THIS BOOKING AGREEMENT (this "Agreement"), is entered into as of the date set forth on the signature page of this Agreement (the "Effective Date"), by and between the "Member" and the "Guest" (as each were defined on the booking confirmation page viewed and accepted by the Guest as a condition precedent to being presented with this Agreement (the "Booking Page"). The Member and the Guest may be referred to as the "Parties" and each individually as a "Party" throughout this Agreement.
WHEREAS, the Member is the manager or owner, or an authorized representative acting on behalf of the manager or owner, of the real property located at the address set forth on the Booking Page (the "Property"); and
WHEREAS, the Member has promoted the Property as available for temporary occupancy for the "Occupancy Period" (as defined on the Booking Page); and
WHEREAS, the Guest desires to rent the Property (the "Reservation") for the period of time during which the Guest desires to occupy the Property (the "Occupancy Period").
NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement as they relate to the Reservation of the Property during the Occupancy Period.
