Built in the 1860’s, the house features gorgeous wood paneling and hardwood flooring throughout. Whip up a gourmet meal in the beautiful fully-equipped chef’s kitchen with an expansive island that seats four. It’s a natural place to congregate with a comfortable seating area opposite the kitchen.
The décor exudes cozy pastoral comfort in its furnishings and design features. The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with an extra-large soaking tub, copper sink, double vanity and outlets for shaving/hairdryer needs. All enclosed in cedar wood to carry through the home’s charm. With two bedrooms and a loft space with a captains’ bed, the house sleeps five comfortably. An additional oversized wrap around couch in the loft area can accommodate a sixth person. Each room has its own remote-controlled a/c unit.
Looking to unwind? Take in the farm field views with your morning coffee on the rooftop deck or enjoy tranquility on the enclosed patio and organic garden. For entertainment, there are cable-equipped televisions in the bedrooms, loft and kitchen, or curl up to watch Netflix in the loft.
You’re a short drive from Wainscott shopping and restaurants. Hit the links at the Poxabogue Golf Course, located just across the Montauk Highway. If you are looking to get some exercise, there are three adult bikes to get you to the beach or nearby Levain Bakery for some weekend sweets. Fitness equipment is available if you’d like to do some weight training in the expansive yard.

As charming and authentic as the pictures! With the beach literally a short (3 minute) bike ride up the street, Wolffer wine tasting almost across the street, and no more than 7 minutes (if you know the back roads) from sag, east or 2 minutes to bridge, it was a perfect getaway.

Perfect hosts, with the most beautiful home. For an entire year, we look forward to our trip to Wainscott and our stay at this property. This was our third summer renting this house- we look forward to it every year. The hosts are kind, thoughtful, and everything is really idyllic. The house is truly amazing - beautiful, clean, and in the perfect location. We love it!

I can't speak highly enough about this special place. What an incredible host! He went out of his way to make us feel welcome in his beautiful home. The location is so central, you're 15 minutes to everything and 5 minutes from the beach! The house is fabulous, so unique and incredibly clean. We LOVED everything about our stay and hope to return soon!

We enjoyed our stay so much last summer we rented again this year! A beautiful house, a perfect location, and the kindest and most generous host. What a uniquely wonderful experience: packed beach towels, complementary bicycles, the outdoor tomato and vegetable garden, and a beautifully decorated clean house. Our family cannot wait to stay here again next year! A perfect house and host!

Terms & Policies
THIS BOOKING AGREEMENT (this "Agreement"), is entered into as of the date set forth on the signature page of this Agreement (the "Effective Date"), by and between the "Member" and the "Guest" (as each were defined on the booking confirmation page viewed and accepted by the Guest as a condition precedent to being presented with this Agreement (the "Booking Page"). The Member and the Guest may be referred to as the "Parties" and each individually as a "Party" throughout this Agreement.
WHEREAS, the Member is the manager or owner, or an authorized representative acting on behalf of the manager or owner, of the real property located at the address set forth on the Booking Page (the "Property"); and
WHEREAS, the Member has promoted the Property as available for temporary occupancy for the "Occupancy Period" (as defined on the Booking Page); and
WHEREAS, the Guest desires to rent the Property (the "Reservation") for the period of time during which the Guest desires to occupy the Property (the "Occupancy Period").
NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement as they relate to the Reservation of the Property during the Occupancy Period.
