A stainless-steel appliance suite with gas stove and French door refrigerated has been added. The nicely sized kitchen island is an ideal prep space and provides counter seating for four. Directly adjacent is the dining room with a large wood table with seating for ten and direct access to the deck and pool. If renter must cancel the reservation, Marquis will re-list availability, and in the event Marquis is able to re-book the nights renter originally booked, a refund may be processed.
