The airy master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and access to the deck overlooking Hog Creek. Elegant touches and a beach-chic vibe invite restful slumber in each of the three guest rooms, and a quiet office can easily double as a fifth bedroom for extra guests.
Hog Creek babbles at the end of the sprawling lawn. Dip your feet in the water while you sip morning coffee or a crisp cocktail at sunset. Bringing a boat along, or looking to rent? Creek’s Oasis has a floating dock suitable for a 25-foot power boat. Guests are welcome to our kayaks and paddleboards, and Peconic Water Sports has you covered for rentals 20 minutes away by car.
Geothermal central air makes the indoors especially refreshing on hot summer days, and a fireplace in the posh living room adds warmth and coziness on chilly nights. Skylights, wood-paneled ceilings, and modern artwork set the scene. Outside, a spacious deck offers sweeping creek views and al fresco dining. Magical lighting invites you to relax and converse in the gazebo once the sun goes down.
With its glossy white island and high-end stainless steel appliances, the chefs in your party will be keen to cook in the the sunlit kitchen. Follow up dinner with a pool tournament or surround-sound movie in the downstairs family room. The covered patio just beyond has a comfortable living room feel, complete with wood ceilings and a ceiling fan.
Drive — or paddle — to Clearwater Beach Association in minutes. The beach stretches on and on, and the playground area will delight the kids for hours. Rinse off in the outdoor shower when you return to Creek’s Oasis, and feel free to use our creekside boathouse for all your summer toys. Bay Kitchen Bar is a local favorite for fresh seafood in 1.3 miles, and you can easily stock the kitchen at Springs General Store in 1.5 miles.

Payment/Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise on the website you elect to book on. If you must cancel your reservation, we will re-list availability, and in the event we are able to re-book the nights you originally booked, a refund may be processed. We strongly encourage you to purchase travelers insurance (which we offer) as a means of payment protection. Please note that all bookings must be paid in full prior to arrival. Balance due payment methods will be determined by the size of the balance payment. Unfortunately, we cannot accept credit cards for payments over a certain value.

This was a great house to rent for our group - location is close to Three Mile Harbor restaurants and easy to get to East Hampton - felt secluded, nice and quiet - no traffic like in town. The house has a great kitchen, very comfortable common areas inside and out. The best part is sitting on the deck after a day at the beach and watch the sunset - amazing!

This is a spectacular rental. There are multiple entertaining areas and great views of the sunset. A very quiet and secluded property. The dock system offers easy access for Canoeing or Kayaking and was enjoyed by all. All of the amenities are top notch. I would highly recommend this property.

Great mini vacation in East Hampton at this home. Everything you need and perfect outdoor / indoor space. Sleeping arrangements worked well and the common space was fun for all the crew. Highly recommended.

We went with another couple and their family to this great house! I was so happily surprised that the house was even better than the photos online! There were many activities to keep the adults and the kids entertained (paddle boarding, the beach, clamming, enjoying the outdoor patio) The house had all that I wanted and had a great aesthetic! We have already booked for summer 2018 for a couples only vacation! Thank you for a great house!

THIS BOOKING AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), is entered into as of the date set forth on the signature page of this Agreement (the “Effective Date”), by and among the “Member” and the “Guest” (as each are defined on the booking confirmation page viewed and accepted by the Guest as a condition precedent to being presented with this Agreement (the “Booking Page”)), and Marquis, as defined in Section 10(s), herein (“Marquis”), as an intended beneficiary with respect to, but only with respect to, those particular provisions within which Marquis is explicitly referenced. The Member and the Guest may be referred to as the “Parties” and each individually as a “Party” throughout this Agreement.
WHEREAS, the Member is the manager or owner, or an authorized representative acting on behalf of the manager or owner, of the real property located at the address set forth on the Booking Page (the “Property”); and
WHEREAS, the Member has promoted the Property as available for temporary occupancy for the “Occupancy Period” (as defined on the Booking Page); and
WHEREAS, the Guest desires to rent the Property (the “Reservation”) for the period of time during which the Guest desires to occupy the Property (the “Occupancy Period”).
NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement as they relate to the Reservation of the Property during the Occupancy Period.
