Move Demonstrates StayMarquis’ Ongoing Commitment to Innovation as Consumer Travel Needs Evolve
New York, NY, May 26, 2020 – StayMarquis, a full-service vacation rental company that allows owners and guests to “rent without reservation,” announced today that select rental properties will be available on Homes & Villas by Marriott International starting this month. Marriott International’s premium home rental offering provides guests, including more than 140 million members of its travel program Marriott Bonvoy, extraordinary options to choose from when booking travel from among its 30 brands and more than 8,000 home rental properties.
Homes & Villas by Marriott International will feature approximately 150 StayMarquis homes across the Hamptons. Travelers will now be able to utilize Marriott Bonvoy™ points to book curated properties managed by StayMarquis. All of the properties were audited and reviewed by Marriott International to meet the company’s high standards for design, amenities, and regulation. This is Homes & Villas by Marriott International’s first and only collaboration with a full-service vacation rental management company based in the Hamptons. Located on Long Island in New York, the Hamptons is internationally known as being one of the premiere seaside resorts in the United States. Properties on the Homes & Villas by Marriott International platform will include homes in Southampton, East Hampton, Montauk, Bridgehampton, Westhampton, Sag Harbor, the North Fork and Shelter Island. Properties include stylish beach bungalows, secluded estates, farmland getaways and historic homes steps from town.

Terms & Policies
THIS BOOKING AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), is entered into as of the date set forth on the signature page of this Agreement (the “Effective Date”), by and among the “Member” and the “Guest” (as each are defined on the booking confirmation page viewed and accepted by the Guest as a condition precedent to being presented with this Agreement (the “Booking Page”)), and Marquis, as defined in Section 10(s), herein (“Marquis”), as an intended beneficiary with respect to, but only with respect to, those particular provisions within which Marquis is explicitly referenced. The Member and the Guest may be referred to as the “Parties” and each individually as a “Party” throughout this Agreement.
WHEREAS, the Member is the manager or owner, or an authorized representative acting on behalf of the manager or owner, of the real property located at the address set forth on the Booking Page (the “Property”); and
WHEREAS, the Member has promoted the Property as available for temporary occupancy for the “Occupancy Period” (as defined on the Booking Page); and
WHEREAS, the Guest desires to rent the Property (the “Reservation”) for the period of time during which the Guest desires to occupy the Property (the “Occupancy Period”).
NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement as they relate to the Reservation of the Property during the Occupancy Period.
